What type of products does Domingos Alves Herdeiros supply?

We specialize in European food-grade sunflower oils, including:

  • Refined Sunflower Oil (RBD): Ideal for deep frying, food manufacturing, and retail bottling.
  • High Oleic Sunflower Oil (HOSO): Premium heat-stable oil high in monounsaturated fats, extended shelf-life for industrial frying.
  • Crude Sunflower Oil (CSFO): Unrefined bulk oil intended for refining or industrial applications.
  • Cold-Pressed / Extra Virgin Sunflower Oil: Premium, nutrient-rich oil extracted via mechanical pressing.

Do you supply both bulk commercial orders and bottled retail products?

Yes. We cater to large-scale industrial buyers requiring bulk vessel/flexitank shipments, as well as importers and distributors looking for ready-to-sell PET bottles (1L, 3L, 5L) or private-label solutions.


2. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) & Commercial Terms

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Because we focus on commercial B2B supply:

  • Bulk Liquids (Flexitanks / Containers): Minimum order starts at one 20ft container (approx. 22,000–24,000 Liters).
  • IBCs / Drums: Minimum order is typically one full container load (FCL) equivalent or full truckload (FTL) for EU destinations.
  • Bottled PET Packaging: Minimum order starts at one 20ft/40ft container load or palletized truckload.

What Incoterms do you support?

We operate under standard Incoterms 2020:

  • EXW (Ex Works): Pickup from our designated facilities.
  • FOB (Free on Board): Loading and export clearance managed by us up to the origin port.
  • CIF / CFR (Cost, Insurance & Freight / Cost & Freight): Ocean freight managed to your destination port.
  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Available for selected destination nodes within the European Union.

What are your standard payment terms?

We accept standard international B2B payment methods, including Bank Wire Transfer (T/T) and confirmed, irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C at sight), depending on contract volume and buyer verification.


3. Packaging & Private Labeling

What bulk packaging options are available?

We offer flexible bulk liquid logistics tailored to your unloading facilities:

  • Flexitanks (20ft Containers): 22,000 – 24,000 Liters.
  • Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs): 1,000 Liter food-grade containers.
  • Steel / HDPE Drums: 200 Liter drums.

Do you offer Private Labeling (OEM) for bottled oil?

Yes. We provide complete contract packaging and private-labeling services. You can supply your brand design, and we will handle compliant labeling, PET bottling (1L, 3L, 5L), cartoning, and palletizing according to destination import regulations.


4. Quality Control & Certifications

How do you guarantee the quality of your oil?

Every production batch undergoes strict quality control testing in accredited laboratories. All shipments are accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) detailing free fatty acid (FFA) levels, peroxide values, moisture content, and purity parameters.

Can we arrange a third-party inspection prior to loading?

Yes. Buyers are welcome to inspect shipments at the port of origin or production facility using independent third-party survey companies such as SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek prior to dispatch.


5. Shipping, Delivery & Documentation

What shipping documents do you provide for export?

Standard export shipments include:

  • Commercial Invoice & Packing List
  • Clean On-Board Bill of Lading (B/L) or CMR
  • Certificate of Analysis (CoA)
  • Certificate of Origin (EUR.1 / COO)
  • Phytosanitary / Health Certificates (where applicable)

What are the average lead times for order fulfillment?

  • Order Preparation & Packaging: 5 to 10 business days upon order lock and contract confirmation.
  • EU Transit Time (Road/Short-Sea): 3 to 7 business days.
  • Ocean Freight Transit Time: 14 to 35 business days depending on the final port of destination.
